Hi Chris,
The option “Put in shopping cart” for this course does not seem to be working. After clicking, nothing happens; I`ve tried clicking in every course and get no results. Also, I´ve tried both Netscape or Microssoft Explorer and the same.
May someone please check?

You need to have cookies enabled for the shopping cart to store your selections.

I´ve tried, but no sucess. This does not happen in other AFSI options to buy products, as “ebooks” so I think cookies might not be the problem. Am I doing something wrong.Regards,

Okay two things:
the cart checks for prerequisite classes. Did you take the Adv. Class online? Also are you checking that you agree to the terms and agreements of the class?
If you didn’t take the prerequisite online, then it will reject the transaction. It will do the same thing if you are using a different email address than the one you took the Adv. Class with.

I just tried it with your email address (as shown on your forum profile). It went though.
Please check that you are using the correct email and checking the acceptance box.

Hi Chris,
Sorry to insist, I can´t even get to the point you mention – I Just click on “Put on shopping cart” icon and no action takes place – that screen just keeps being the same and doesn´t go ahead.
I´ve tried other options as “ebooks” and they work.This is the first time that this happens to me, I´ve bought all AFSI products.

Hi,
The only other thing I can think of is that you might have a popup blocker interferring with the add to cart page.
Please check that. I was successful in using your email to add a product, so I am not sure what is happening.
If all else fails, please fax Lorraine or Mildred at the Institute and they will manually add you.

Success! I had to disable pop up blockers in MSExplorer, though I use Netscape (?) Then it went OK.
