NO OUTSIDE WATER WITH NEGATIVE STARS adn House Type

Hi!

This course says not to use water outside with a negative water (money) star inside.

Question: Say a House type remedy requires say: water in back for a double sitting 2 people (mountain) and 2 money (water star) or say 3m- 3p sitting or 4m, 4p sitting.

This would also affect a reverse house that has a 2, 3, or 4 money star in the sitting.

Is it still advisable to add water for a 2 money star, 3 money star, or 4 money star, that requires it to fix the house type?

If so, has anyone tried it? Is it safe for 2m or 3m star (water stars)?
