The Institute draws the best instructors from all over the globe.  These instructors are personally trained by Master Sang to provide the highest quality of training for our students.  Only these instructors are authorized by the Institute to provide classes and to provide the Institute Certificates.

Sebastian Aschitsch

Languages: German and English

Sebastian began his studies of European Geomancy in Germany in 1996. Through this, he got in touch with Feng Shui. After reading many books on the subject, he felt a need to learn a more profound level of Feng Shui and study its authentic roots and scientific theories. So in 1999, Sebastian's teacher of European Geomancy sent him to Master Larry Sang.

Today, Sebastian teaches Feng Shui classes at the American Feng Shui Institute. He also studies Yi Jing, Palm & Face Reading, Chinese Astrology, and Day Selection with Master Sang and is a member of the American Society of Feng Shui and the American Yi Jing Study Center.

He is the AFSI representative in Germany and works as a contact person for the Institute in Europe. He has developed the German Language site for the Institute at http://www.amfengshui.de .

Sebastian has been married since 1995, and has three children.

Kartar Diamond

Kartar Diamond is a Feng Shui Consultant and Instructor from the American Feng Shui Institute.  Since the early 1990's, she has studied directly with Master Sang. With this training, Kartar has advised thousands of clients in numerous areas including how to improve their finances, their health, and their relationships.

Founder of   Feng Shui Solutions, Ms. Diamond specializes in evaluating residential and commercial property; however, she also works with architects and contractors in the design phase of a project, and as well helping people house-hunt.

Kartar's teaching itinerary includes introduction classes at many schools and colleges in Southern California. She also lectures frequently for various organizations and corporations, and has a Feng Shui Video Workshop Series. Her goal is to help educate the western world about the natural science of Feng Shui, so that people can benefit from the knowledge and practical application in their lives.

Simona Mainini

Doctor in Architecture & Feng Shui Consultant

Languages: Italian and English

Simona F. Mainini, Dr. Arch., earned her Doctor in Architecture degree from the School of Architecture of the Politecnico di Milano in Italy, where she also became acquainted with the ritual and spiritual architectural design systems practiced in Asia.

Since the establishment in 1997 of her international practice, Feng Shui Architecture, Inc., she has consulted and guided many homeowners, businesses, corporations, and fellow architects and designers worldwide in the application of these ancient principles to contemporary designs.

An architect licensed in Italy, Dr. Mainini has been published internationally and lectures and teaches around the world. She is a senior instructor with the American Feng Shui Institute and also conducts classes at UCLA. Her Web site can be found at www.fengshuiarch.com

Anhtien Nguyen

Languages: Vietnamese, French and English

Anhtien Nguyen has been working in the high-tech industries ranging from Satellite Imaging to Satellite Communications since 1981. He joined a large Telecommunication company in Phoenix, Arizona, USA since 1997 and work as Systems Engineer in the Wireless Networking sector.

He was always fascinated with the stars and astrology for longtime. He finally fulfilled his dreams when he found AFSI in 2003 where he was able to learn most of the Chinese Five Arts with Master Sang and the senior instructors. After graduating the on-line classes, he worked as Feng Shui consultant since then. Anhtien wishes to combine many years of programming skills and his Feng Shui knowledge to bring these precious Arts to a higher level by writing Feng Shui software tools in order to facilitate more advanced researches. P.K. Odle

After meeting Master Larry Sang in 1996, P.K. Odle chose to devote her life to the study and practice of Classical Feng Shui because of its dramatic improvements on her health, relationships and prosperity.  In 1997 she founded her consulting firm, The Feng Shui Advantage, Inc., which offers full-service on-site analysis of existing structures and project/land development for residential and commercial clients nationwide.  P.K. enjoys working for a wide variety of clients from resorts to restaurants, international interior designers to local architects, entertainment executives to divorce lawyers, corporations to home-based businesses, and newlyweds to retirees.
  
P.K. is dedicated to continuing her studies, and has successfully completed every class offered by the Institute.  Since P. K. completed our teacher training program in 1998, she is now a senior instructor as well as a moderator for the American Feng Shui Institute's on-line correspondence courses.  During 1999, P.K. worked as an assistant to Master Sang at the Institute offices in Monterey Park, CA and has, on occasion, acted as his assistant on Feng Shui readings.  As an active member of our American Society of Feng Shui and American Yi Jing Study Center, P.K. assists with the coordination of Society events. In addition, P.K. accompanied and assisted Master Sang on all three of the AFSI China trips.

Ximena Salazar

Languages: Spanish and English

Ximena (pronounced "He-men-ah") is a graduate and instructor of the American Feng Shui Institute. She has a degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine. After 8 years of working in corporate America, Ximena left her position as an executive with Andersen Consulting's Technology group to devote herself full time to sharing the life changing benefits she has experienced as a result of applying Feng Shui to her own life and that of her clients.

Ximena owns and operates Feng Shui Essentials offering Feng Shui assessment services, introductory workshops and speaking services to residential and commercial clients throughout the southern California area. Chris Shaul

A Senior Instructor and webmaster for the Institute, Chris is originally from Southern California.  He holds a Bachelors of Science degree and has been a Director of Information Technology.  He first met  Master Larry Sang  when he was living in Hong Kong in 1993. Impressed with Master Sang and his teachings of Feng Shui, Chris returned to the United States in 1994 and began studying with Master Sang at the American Feng Shui Institute. Soon after, he began teaching at the Institute.  Having such a background in computer systems, he found the logical, mathematical and common-sense process of Feng Shui attractive and interesting. 

Co-founder of 168 Feng Shui Advisors , Chris has consulted with hospitals, commercial buildings and offices, retail stores, restaurants, and for homeowners. He has also provided readings for corporations, small businesses and individuals across the US and abroad. He is a Senior Instructor at the American Feng Shui Institute. He has taught more than 1200 students the practice of Feng Shui.  He is continuing to teach at the Institute and around the country.  He is the author and moderator of the American Feng Shui Institute's on-line correspondence course. He is a member of the American Society of Feng Shui and the American Yi Jing Study Center.

Chris also lectures at colleges, architecture schools, private organizations, and for businesses. He has appeared in various media including television, radio, and in print.  Together with Master Larry Sang, Chris is writing a detailed book about Feng Shui and maintains four Internet sites providing information about this fascinating science.

Sophia Tang Shaul

Languages: Cantonese and English

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Sophia was exposed to Feng Shui at an early age. However, growing up all that she saw around her was superstitious nonsense. It was not until she met Master Larry Sang in the mid-1980's that she realized Feng Shui was a mathematically-based science. She then started studying with him in 1992.

Co-founder of 168 Feng Shui Advisors , Sophia has provided analysis on large-scale properties, as well as private homes, all over the United States and abroad. Her clientele includes executives in the entertainment industry, real estate industry and other business owners.

Along with Chris, Sophia provides classes and seminars around the U.S. and abroad.  She consults both in the US and abroad.

A sought after reference on traditional Feng Shui, she has been seen both in print, radio and on television. She has been written about and has been recently featured the New York Times, E-Entertainment's Home with Style, Natural Health Magazine, and the US Japan Business News, and Feng Shui for Modern Living.  She is a Member of the American Society of Feng Shui and the American Yi Jing Study Center.

Akiko Shimizu

Languages: Japanese and English

Akiko Shimizu is a Feng Shui consultant and instructor from the American Feng Shui Institute. She has successfully completed virtually every Institute course offering, repeating many to refine her knowledge and skills. She translated the 'Priciple of Feng Shui' and 'Astrology and Feng Shui guide' for Master Sang into Japanese.

Akiko is a Japanese national and graduated school in Japan. She has lived in Europe for her work and has traveled extensively throughout the world. She has accompanied Master Sang and other AFSI members to China three times. Currently, Ms. Shimizu is a consultant in MIS/IT for a global electronics corporation and a member of APICS pursuing CPIM certification. Janice Sugita

Janice Sugita, is an international feng shui expert , has studied with the American Feng Shui Institute for over 11 years and has 25 years interior design experience. She is an expert in home design using feng shui principles to increase personal health and success. Janice has appeared on numerous television shows and has just published a feng shui Ebook “The Feng Shui Equation for Successful Living for Single Men and Women” for personal success for singles . She has travelled extensively in the US for consultations for homes and businesses as well as Argentina, Chile, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Brazil and Guadalajara. As a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers for over 25 years , she has had numerous projects featured in magazines worldwide and has participated in Design Home tours, and has taught and lectured to design professionals about the prosperity and health attributes of feng shui and water in design.

An avid speaker and author of feng shui for personal success, health and relationships , Janice provides easy to use tips and valuable information for homeowners as well as business owners seeking balance in their lives as well as their environment. She has been the featured lecturer for various home shows, resorts. conventions and trade shows as well as for professional real estate companies and developers and upcoming cruise lines. Lorraine Wilcox, L.Ac.

Languages: Mandarin and English

Lorraine Wilcox, L.Ac. has studied Feng Shui with Master Sang since 1993. She is currently his assistant, and a senior instructor. Lorraine helps teach the Intermediate and Advanced Feng Shui Classes, as well as Day Selection, Life Partner Selection, Yi Jing, Zi Wei Dou Shu Astrology, Four Pillars Astrology, and some of the Advanced Feng Shui Case Study Classes.

Lorraine helps Master Sang write the annual Feng Shui and Astrology Guides.  She is also a member of the American Society of Feng Shui, and a principle instructor at these meetings.

Lorraine is an acupuncturist, licensed in California since 1989.  Lorraine is currently a Ph.D. candidate, doing studies in classical Chinese medicine.  She has taught Chinese medicine, as well as Feng Shui, Yi Jing, and Chinese Astrology at acupuncture schools in the Los Angeles area.

 Lorraine has studied Mandarin Chinese and has been to China three times (twice with Master Sang).

Kathy Zimmerman

Kathy flew home from Asia very excited and inspired about the prospects of Feng Shui.   She started studying with the American Feng Shui  Institute and this began her life-long commitment to the study and practice of  traditional Feng Shui.    In 1996, Kathy became a Feng Shui Consultant and  Instructor and from the American Feng Shui Institute. She has a California  State teaching credential, and teaches classes at many colleges throughout Southern California  including the University of California, Irvine and the University of California, Riverside.

Kathy has lectured extensively to numerous organizations and corporations.She has presented workshops at both the First and  Second International Feng Shui Conferences held in San Diego and Palm Springs  respectively. She is also a contributing author to the book, Contemporary Earth Design: A Feng Shui Anthology.

Kathy provides consulting services for clients' homes, businesses and buildings in  all stages of development.     She is a member of the American Society of Feng Shui and the American Yi Jing Study Center.
