Hi Chris,

I would like to post my floorplan and to no avail. I need your assistance. I have tried to upload in photobucket and I am getting 'invalid file type'. Would you please guide me through step by step? Thank you so much.
Michelle

Hi Michelle,

First off, what is the file you are uploading? It should be a .jpg .gif or .png in format.

Thanks for your response, Chris.

The file is pdf - Adobe Acrobat Doc.
I expect I need to change it into the one(s) you mentioned.
Not quite sure how to do that.

Michelle

Hi,

A PDF is a different sort of file. It is not an image format. So you can only link to it. You can upload it to a location on the web and create a link to it. It will not display, only open as a separate file when you click on the link.
